This looks like great fun. Wish they'd had it when I was in camp!
Above 2 photos are of the cable ride ... after several broken bones etc it was deemed too dangerous and taken down. One broken arm came at the expense of Shane Mueller then of Belleville, First Christian.
Day Camp or Pee Wee Camp?
I think this is a game of Duck, Duck, Goose.
Starting with Evan Mac Lockwood in the white sweatshirt, then Scott Cain, Pat Heston, Leroy Thompson, Rick Walston, Mike Donaho (sp) and John Heston behind on the right. Bob Scott is leading the singing and I bleieve it is his wife Phyllis playing the piano.
With the flag - Pat Heston and Kevin Hayhurst fold while Howard Thomure looks on with Mike Murray. In the background to the left, that guys whose name is on the tip of my tongue, John Heston, Rick Powell. 
I think I remember this Pre-High week. Wasn't this the week of Suave and Sophistication?
Aw, Deb -- sorry that getting my mail blocked a good view of your Dad. Howard Thomure is giving mail to Paula Bush. Bob Fritz is behind Paula, Rob Fritz to the right of his dad and I think Greg Thomure (or one of Thomure kids) standing to the right of his Dad with Mark seated at the table looking on.
Kathy Thacker is the only person I can think of with that long blond hair and bangs. Even though we can't see her face.
We don't know who took these, but these 1967 slides were found in the box with all the color slides from the 80s and 90s. What fun! Margaret Iberg from Greenville on the left, Janet Murphy of ? Kingshighway is center ... help with the 3rd????
Howard Thomure addresses group. On front row left I think that is Mike Bush, so probably Steve Roodhouse next to him? Rick Walston at Howard's elbow. Janet Thornburg between and behind Mike and Steve, with her brother Gary in the next row back and to the right of Janet. Rick Powell is on the front right of Howard. Steve Mueller is behind Rick. Across the ailse on the front row is Pat Heston. Holly Hardin is behind Pat and Paula Bush right of her. I'm sure there are others I know but my eyes are tired.

Can anyone help us identify these campers and faculty from 1990? We haven't had responses. I know some of you out there know some of these folks! Pass on the site to them if you know their email too!
