My best guess (assuming this is 1984) is that these men were being honored with regard to to ground breaking for the first of the "new" buildings at Bond. It was the Sunday of Family Camp 1984 that ground was broken for the new "dinning" hall.DEB

The picture a couple of posts ago of Max Whited may be this same event, where camp leaders are speaking regarding something? Anyone know what?
