HS Registration 1963



In the picture on right of girls in line, they are left to right: Karla Knichel, Kathy Peebles, Linda Smith and Ruth Blankenship. The boy in the dark shirt, with glasses might be Paul Camp. In top picture of registration....boy in sunglasses and patterned shirt, bending over, is Ronnie Volkmar.Second girl from left looks like Mickey Dildine.

Well, Gwen, I'll need your help to be sure...but in the first registration picture, the two women talking look like Bette Barton and Pam Folmsbee! It's before our time, but maybe Bethalto worked that week????

Dishes, driving, missions and muscle beach

How about these kids on the car -- need names! And... to where is Janet driving these kids? Did they all come from Brownstown in the same car?

There was often a visiting missionary who taught us something of Christian service and of giving as we donated to the work in chapel. The Missionary here is Don Augustine who was a missionary to Native Americans in the state of Washington.

The lake was a source of swimming, fishing, the raft, boating -- 7 acres added in the first few years that turned out to be a fun asset.
