I don't know what meeting this was. The speaker is Woody Phillips. He was a prof in Ozark at the time, but later became president of Pacific Christian College.

In bottom picture: The girl in the striped blouse is Gayle Wakefield, boy standing is Ron Herrod and girl in back standing is (I think) Janet Greenlee. As to the date, hmmm?. All three of these "kids" graduated HS in 1965, as did I. I'm guessing this picture was taken the summer before 7th grade; so probably 1959.
Top picture: This is approximately 1963. Bill Price was the minister at Bethalto. He is 5:5. He came to Bethalto in 1960 (for sure). The new building was dedicated in 1963, and Bill was the minister at that time. I was baptized in April, 1963, at the age of 8 1/2, in 4th grade. Evan Mac is 2 years older than I am. He would have been in 6th grade. He is 4:4. John Beck is 4:3. Rick Walston is 1:20 (1 year older than I am, he would have been in 5th grade). Scott Cain is 2:8. I think 3:7 is Art Jordan. Gary Thornburg is 3:13 (5th from the end). Bob Kelly is 5: 9. I don't recognize other faculty for sure, they could be from Wood River or Bethalto...hope this helps!
